Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed on dragondildo.com are dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in the Netherlands. Because your order ships from within the EU, there are no customs charges and no import fees.

Where we ship

We currently deliver to Germany, the Netherlands and Ireland. Further European markets are being added and will be listed here as each opens.

If you are in the United Kingdom or the United States, please order from dragondildo.co.uk.

Discreet packaging

Every order is sent in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no reference to the product or to our brand. Your bank statement will show SP DDCM or AJC Marketing Ltd, never our brand name.

Rates

  • Standard Shipping to the Netherlands (2-3 business days): €8.99. Free on orders over €65
  • Standard Shipping to Germany (3-5 business days): €8.99. Free on orders over €65
  • Standard Shipping to Ireland (3-5 business days): €10.99. Free on orders over €65
  • Express Shipping to the Netherlands (1-2 business days): €12.99
  • Express Shipping to Germany (1-3 business days): €12.99. Not currently available to Ireland

All services are fully tracked. No signature is required on Standard Shipping.

All prices include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are typically dispatched within one working day. Orders placed at weekends and on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the warehouse. If you have not received tracking within two working days, contact orders@dragondildo.com.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, industrial action, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Cancelling or changing an order

We aim to dispatch quickly, so we cannot usually amend the contents or the delivery address once an order is placed. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal: as an EU consumer you may withdraw from your contract at any point after placing your order and for 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to the exceptions in our Returns and Withdrawal Policy. Contact orders@dragondildo.com as soon as possible and we will help where we can.

Where you withdraw within the statutory 14 days, we refund the item price together with the standard outbound delivery cost. If you chose Express Shipping, we refund the standard rate rather than the premium. Return carriage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

Delivery problems

  • Tracking not updating: contact us if tracking has not moved for three business days after dispatch
  • Not arrived: contact us if your order has not arrived within ten business days of dispatch
  • Damaged on arrival: contact us with photographs as soon as possible
  • Incorrect address supplied: if a parcel is returned to us because the address given was incomplete or incorrect, we will refund the order value less the outbound and return carriage costs actually incurred
  • Delivery refused: where you refuse delivery rather than exercising your right of withdrawal, we will refund the order value less the carriage costs actually incurred
